Here is a
three nine and a half-minute video of my introductory remarks on 28 November 2011 at Hong Kong’s Legislative Council (LegCo). The session went on for two hours, with many questions from the audience. There was particular interest in Chile’s reforms, and in ‘claw back’ of basic pensions from the wealthy as an alternative to Hong Kong’s intrusive means tests.
Update: Apologies for the slow download speed. I will attempt to post this, and perhaps other clips from this event, on youtube.
Update: Now linked to a fast YouTube connection, with a longer video, thanks to HelpAge International.
