		<description>What a great interview - the quality was as much about the interviewer as interviewee.  

Steve Paikin actually wanted to know what Cowen thought; he responded intelligently to Cowen&#039;s comments (it wasn&#039;t a pre-prepared set of questions) but, most of all, he wasn&#039;t trying to ram his agenda down the guest&#039;s throat.  At the end of the interview, I didn&#039;t really know whether he agreed with Tyler Cowen or not but I had a very good sense of what Tyler Cowan thinks.
