Steve Paikin actually wanted to know what Cowen thought; he responded intelligently to Cowen’s comments (it wasn’t a pre-prepared set of questions) but, most of all, he wasn’t trying to ram his agenda down the guest’s throat. At the end of the interview, I didn’t really know whether he agreed with Tyler Cowen or not but I had a very good sense of what Tyler Cowan thinks.
